Our delivery times have varied since the Covid-2019 crisis.
We undertake to deliver the items ordered as soon as possible. The delivery time is 3 to 15 days depending on the products and the available stock. The average delay observed is around 10 days.

Unfortunately it may happen that deliveries take longer than expected (up to 30 days maximum) which is why we apologize in advance for this delay.

As soon as the order is placed, we send an order confirmation email and then we prepare your order as soon as possible. So it can happen that our team is late for example at the end of the year celebrations in view of the many orders sent.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email indicating a tracking number to track your order with either one or more packages depending on size and shape. Remember to check your Spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.

If your package does not appear, don't worry, your package has simply not arrived in your country or has not yet been traced by the carrier.

We work with several suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will therefore receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some will be slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be sent in 1 single package.

No worries ! Send us an email using our contact form at the bottom of this page telling us your problem: we will give you an address to which you will have to send the package back to us. Once received, we will issue a refund or an exchange according to your request.
